Depending on your current health insurance plan or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your health insurance to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

It is recommended to ask the following questions to help determine your benefit coverage:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a co-pay?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

Rates

Counseling Private Pay Rates:

• $150 per 45 minute session 
• $200 per 60 minute session 

Social Work Consultation Rates:

• $50 for 30 Minute Consult 
• $100 for 60 Minute Consult

Social Work Supervision Rates:

• $50 for 30 Minute Consult 
• $100 for 60 Minute Consult

Payment

All major debit and credit cards are accepted as forms of payment. HSA funds can also be used to pay for psychotherapy costs. Contact your HSA provider to confirm. A card is required to keep on file for any co-pay or balances due. 

Cancellation Policy

24-Hour notice is requested if you can't make your appointment. There is a fee charged if there is no notice or notice given with less than 24 hours before the appointment. You will be able to review practice policies in more depth before your first appointment to see if this practice is a good fit for you.
