Sarah has over 20 years' worth of experience helping people. She is able to work with people struggling with a variety of issues and is passionate about helping people live better lives.

Her main focus is supporting people who give so much of themselves, professionally or personally. The helpers. She recognizes that more than ever, people are stretched thin trying to juggle all of the daily responsibilities. And collectively we are dealing with some real tough and scary times. And it is often the helpers that have the heaviest of hearts. It is her passion to provide caring support to these helpers.

Sarah also specializes in working with people with chronic health conditions. She is open to working with people struggling with any health condition. And she has a particular interest in neurological conditions such as epilepsy, stroke history, dementia, traumatic brain injury, Parkinson's, and Huntington's.

Sarah is skilled at analyzing how people process information and helping people to navigate difficult times in life. She has a deep level of understanding of the human experience, as well as a strong knowledge foundation for navigating systems, exploring purpose and meaning, advocating for quality care, and seeking best overall wellbeing.

She believes we are all unique so she tailors her approach for each individual. She tends to utilize a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

"I know that life can be hard. I created this practice because I believe that it is worth working through the things that weigh us down to have the best quality of life possible. I believe in celebrating resilience. And I believe, even in the darkest of times, in finding joy."
